Under Hosting understands ICM the providing of space on the webserver of the ICM spol sro.

The hosting has nothing to do with the functionality of the website. ICM is only responsible to ensure that the site is accessible on the Internet. ICM assumes no liability for any failure, however technical. (Network problems, maintenance, etc ...)

Price

Static Content

Static Content is a website content without any database connection. That means no database in the background. Included are 3 e-mail addresses. The price for hosting in this case is 15 euros excl tax per month and is to be paid quarterly in advance.

Dynamic Content without CMS

Dynamic Content is a website with dynamic content integration. That means a database in the background. In this case is no CMS (Content management system) included. Included are 10 e-mail addresses.The price for hosting in this case is 25 euros excl tax identification per month and is to be paid quarterly in advance.

Dynamic Content with CMS

Dynamic Content is a website with dynamic content integration. That means a database in the background. In this case is also a CMS (Content management system) included. Included are 25 e-mail addresses.The price for hosting in this case is 35 euros excl tax identification per month and is to be paid quarterly in advance.

Termination

The other party may terminate this agreement at any time. ICM will not ensure (except where it is ordered separately) that the product is functioning on a different server. The termination does not change the payment obligation for that quarter.

Decommissioning and deactivation

ICM reserves the product to lay still when:

• A) the contractor fails to fulfill his obligation to pay.
• B) The other party distributing illegal information provided about the available space.

Tax charges

ICM can not be held liable if the contract does not the tax levies from the profit of the website pays. ICM is only one place that can be used to generate profit. The ICM does not get any shares from this profit.

Maintenance work

ICM leads at regular intervals by maintenance work on the server. During this time, the website of the customer not reachable. The Wartungsabeiten but are timely communicated to the customer. Normally, these operations take only a few minutes.

Availability

ICM guarantees, no 100% availability of the website. Due to technical failures of nature are excluded from the warranty.
